Will be the last time

This is my second time staying with then and believe this will be my last this this the second time I stay where there was an issue with the plumbing. I notify the front desk they send someone but they didn’t fix the issue they just show us how to work around the issue. The plumbing is not the best and they need to do something about. Also they charge my credit card a holding incident fee which I was made aware but when I check out they charge credit card a another fee which I wasn’t aware why are they charging several fee when you already paid for the hotel.

Needs some help

I like the hotel, room/bed/pillows were nice. But the heat and phone did not work at all. I notified front desk, who sent engineer, but nothing was fixed, for 3 days. Luckily there was a small space heater and light blanket provided or it would have been way too cold. I think it’s dangerous not to have a working phone in the room. Cafe/food was nice.

No smart tv. Limited ventilation, windows are extremely small. No room service. I don’t know why it’s part of SLH, this hotel is not luxurious. But overall, the hotel is good.

Easy walk to shops and stores as well as the train station. It’s close to Korean town but not directly in it. I’d stay here again.

There was an extremely loud screeching sound coming from the bathroom/toilet. that would go off and on throughout the day and night. The bathroom sink was stopped up in the shower pressured was nonexistent

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is in a quiet street in a safe area. But the room was tiny and my view from the window was the back of other building. When I booked my room in November, it was listed that the check-in time was at 3pm, check-out was at noon. When I actually checked in, the check-in was changed to 4pm and was told that my check-out was at 11am. How is this possible that after I booked a non-refundable/non-changeable hotel rate which does not allow any flexibility on my part, and yet the hotel is allowed to take away 2 hours of my stay time at the hotel? Even the hotel information booklet in the room said the check-out time was at noon. Very unhappy about this. Also the resort fee is ridiculous. It does not give us guests anything extra like a credit to the cafe to spend on. Was not happy about this either.

place is way over priced for quite basic room with very few and low quality amenities; neighborhood is decent with lots of good korean BBQ places

For a miniature person

The room was SOOOOO small there was literally no way to open a suitcase!!! 2 ft around the bed!!! Bathroom was bigger, but FREEZING!!!! The tile floors & even the walls were ICE VOLD - like there was no insulation

The furniture and bedding looks like it’s been beat up . Needs updating and the tile in the bathroom was falling off and the room was especially small with a view of a brick wall . But it was overall fine , I won’t stay there again , as there were many more options in the same price range with more sq. Footage
