The desk was very good and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast needs to be upgraded. How do you serve French toast stick and waffles without syrup but they had mustard. What do you use mustard on for breakfast items. Not enough choices.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The hotel itself felt and looked old and could use some updates. There was not enough towels and did not receive housekeeping for the two days I was there. Also the door was hard to open and was in need of repair. Other than those issues I enjoyed my stay as it was in a great location.

Clean enough and ok for short stay but rooms and hall very small. Dining space limited! No daily maid service which I’ve never heard of. Limited staff and had to wait almost 30 minutes for maintenance to come up after checking in and lock on door didn’t work which was after key card had to be activated twice! Also multiple additional fees making price way more than what is quoted on site!

The hotel is great. Main problem was that we reserved 2 rooms for a total of 5 guests( two queen beds’ room and a king bed room) they gave us two rooms with a kind bed in each. When I told the receptionist if she could change one of the rooms to one with an extra bed or add a single mattress to one of the rooms, she replied that was not posible and did not showed interest to solve it. So we have to sleep three in one king bed. Not what was planned.

A very pleasant hotel. Good connection to city attractions. Close to shops, restaurants and the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and of a good standard. Breakfast is very basic – toast, waffles, jam, coffee. Overall, the stay at the hotel was enjoyable, and we would be happy to return.
