We stay here often. The staff is great and the property is fine though somewhat older. The street area has become more and more questionable over the years. But, the location is too good for us to go elsewhere and the breakfast is the clincher.

Convenient location

Overall, great stay! The hotel was clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The only thing that disappointed me was the breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, but the eating area was a little cramped. The serving trays with the food did seem a little too small for the amount of guests. I did find myself waiting "in line" for the next batch of eggs to come out. It is difficult to plan ahead for a number of people to serve because not everyone will attend and you can never anticipate how much one person will eat, but I have seen bigger serving trays at less occupied hotels. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of quite a few sites and a couple of subway stations, so moving around was very easy.

This hotel is very nice and the location is very good! Very close to everything in Mid Manhattan, Breakfast was nice to have at no extra cost! the only complaint i had was the water pressure , wasn't that good and it was hard to flush the toilet. but that may also be because we stayed on the 19th floor!! Other than that i have no Complaints. Definitely would stay here again

When we arrived the smell of urine was so strong in the entryway. Luckily this was gone the next day when we left for the day. Staff was nice. We had asked them to hold our luggage which they agreed to, gave us claim tickets and then never moved the luggage to the backroom. It was in plain site by the FD for three hours. Wide selection of breakfast foods, but it kept running out. Luckily they had a lot of seating.

The property was fine. Our room was new. Lobby great. Buffet breakfast was good. When we came back one night. There were bags of trash on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The next morning they were gone. But there was trash in front of the hotel. On the way to the shuttle was awful. So if you can catch a uber in front. You will be spared the ugliness. That happened on the way to the airport shuttle. Which was right around the corner.
