Booking through Expedia provided some daily room credits for the snacks in the lobby. We also received a $25 dry cleaning credit each day. Our room was clean, the AC worked great in the very hot weather. The free Starbucks coffee in the morning was nice as was the purified water machine. It’s super close to the 42nd Street subway which is a really great place to hop on and travel all over the city. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

One elevator was not working during the entire stay. It took 15 min to wait for the elevator. Given that the room was on the 14th floor, stairs were not a real option. Bathroom was not very clean and it took a long time for the hot water.
