Hotel & rooms were clean, rooms are on the snaller side. Doing renovations so its a little inconvenient that the lobby isnt at the main entrance or ground level. Prices should be reduced while renovations are ongoing.

1-night stay

The hotel was central to be where we needed to be-In the heart of Times Square! The metro is about 600 ft away and very convenient. The room was smaller than we expected but typical for New York. The check in was easy. The room was ready when we got there but they held our bags while we walked around.

This property was probably the best value that I have ever stayed at in Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I recommend booking your stay to include breakfast.

This was my wife's and I 28th Anniversary, we stayed at this hotel because we figured it's in the center of tine square and according to the pictures we would have a great view of it, well I can say that yes we were on time square but not in the center and they gave us a room on the 29th floor which had a view but not as shown in the pictures, it was a corner view from up high. I can say that the staff was great and the room was decent but we had several issues like the hot water would turn very cold in the middle of the shower and half of the outlets specially the ones by the bed didn't work.

The microwave was ins cabinet without a plug we had to put where the coffee maker was and move the coffee maker. The plug would barely reach. The refrigerator would fall out the door when you open the door
