Super clean rooms, check in was a doozie coz employee got a mix up but did not ruin the check in experience. Right on Times Square & depending on your room, you can see the billboards signs from it. Close to alll the dining options & things to do! Minutes walk to Broadway which we did@ ! Will consider staying here again next time!

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff went above and beyond especially Michelle and Joe. Very hospitable and accommodating when we had to extend our stay and help find accommodations during winter storm Fern in January 2026. These are some of the finest people NYC has to offer. And the Margherita Pie is delicious too!
