The room was small and tight. The water pressure for the shower was great. Hotel desk clerk Michelle was an Oasis in the sea of people going through their mundane routine. She was genuine in caring that all needs we had were satisfied, even before we expressed a need!

Absolutely loved the location. It says right in Times Square but it’s actually a block off of it! It was nice and quiet at night. I had stayed right in Times Square once and it was loud. It was a nice walk to the subway as well! Only downfall was the elevators .. perhaps because we are always in a rush? Lol other than that . Room was amazing and the beds were super comfy! That’s what made this hotel stand out because I had read another review about the beds! I will be back if I can afford to come back haha! Happy Travels!
