Property was in a good location. Lifts were bad and could take a long time. We were on the 14th floor and walked down a number of times due to waiting. Room was nice, could be better with little things like hooks, storage etc. overall a good hotel.

Good central location with subway station around the corner. The hotel was great value. There are 4 elevators but only 3 operating. I would say that was the only complaint I would have is the wait for an elevator so give yourself extra time to catch it. The room was small but it’s NYC. The view was nice. The staff was nice. The breakfast was nice enough to have coffee and a bite before spending your day exploring.

We had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator. One elevator was broken and what they had working was not adequate. All the staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be but management needs to wake up and pay attention the to the issues that are there's to resolved

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, location was great. The biggest flaw was the elevator which was terrible. Huge wait times throughout the day. If you are staying there ask to stay on a low floor so you can take the stairs. Otherwise the wait can be 30 minutes if not longer at times for the elevator.

Perfect for our quick trip to NYC

It was perfect for our short overnight trip to NY. It was very conveniently located to The Shed and to a friend we visited. Price was good. All in all a great experience.
