The hotel was absolutely beautiful and staff members were accommodating. We were granted early access to our room, which was key, based on our itinerary. The only drawback was the check-in process. Stood in line for over 30 minutes.

The lobby and staff are amazing but the rooms are a let down. Beds and pillows not very comfortable with peeling wallpaper, but they are very spacious.

The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in providing excellent guest services. Our room, 2925, had the most beautiful view of any big city hotel we have stayed in, overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and down 51st St. to the river. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean and well appointed.
