They charged me for a room upgrade, they don’t have coffee makers in the room (even cheap hotels have that amenity), WiFi and television was terrible, they don’t explain any of the benefits of the hotel area i booked at check in. I wouldn’t stay here again

We loved the view, location and staff were always willing to help. The only thing we didn’t like as that the room snelled bad when we arrived (kind of strong garlic) we had to opened the windows and run to buy lysol to spray. For what they charge I wish they give you complimentary water daily and not just on arrival day and free wifi

First time in NYC- the Lotte is in a great neighborhood and is a lovely hotel. All of the staff we encountered were fun and helpful. We would have liked to have a coffee maker in our room and as we checked out were told we could have requested one for a fee.

We upgraded to the tower room. However, one of the elevators did not work causing long wait la to get in an out of the room. We didn’t have a kettle and after requesting it we had to request tea cups multiple times before getting them. When we got them they were taken away but not replaced and we needed to start again. The view from the room was amazing but the additional services useless. For example they would run a bath for you but there was no bath tub in the room. The internet was included with the upgrade but would not work all the time. Overall quite disappointing construction the 175 dollars a night upgrade plus taxes plus historical preservation tax.. I would not recommend honestly.
