The location was perfect, so close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle of Times Square. The staff and hotel itself were phenomenal! The staff was so kind and attentive and the room and hotel were clean and beautiful. Definitely stay here again!

Walls are thin, mattresses are sagging, and the fixtures in the bathroom were loose and need updating. My rating reflects the relatively high price this hotel charges for their rooms. At this price point, expectations are higher. Other than these factors, this hotel has huge potential, very classy lobby, nice design, great building history and pedigree.

We had a great stay at the Chemist Club Hotel. The Hotel itself is beautiful , clean and the rooms are large updated with comfortable bedding . The staff was kind, courteous and helpful . 5 star VIP treatment by staff with every interaction. The location is top tier ! Around the corner from Grand Central , situated between Park & Lexington and short walk to Bryant Park and subway lines. 5th Avenue 2 blocks away ! Overall I highly recommend The Chemist Club Hotel and any future trips I will definitely stay there again.
