The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. They went over and above. We left and I forgot my bag of gifts in the parlor. They mailed it to me! It arrived at my home three days later and nothing was broken in transit. The room was lovely. Don’t bother with a balcony unless you get a street view though!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful: great bellmen (Ralph!) and front desk employees. We enjoyed coffee and muffins on the rooftop each weekday morning - and even found coffee there on Saturday which was a nice treat. The rooftop bar is fun and night and a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well stocked with a robe, slippers and in room coffee machine. Will definitely stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Kimberly hotel. Perfect location in Midtown East Manhattan that is walkable to Times Square, the MOMA, and several other desirable locations. The staff is friendly and timely, The suites are spacious, and the room service is quick and tasty.

We always stay at the Kimberly. The suites are perfect for an overnight stay or a long vacation. The staff is 5stars- Harry is one of the reasons my daughter and I continue to come back. He always has a smile and always makes us feel like right at home. The hotel is very clean, the beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and eggar to help with any questions or needs. The food is delicious. If I could give more than 5stars I would.

Best room we’ve had in Manhattan ever. Separate bedroom and sitting area with a beautiful balcony off the bedroom. High-end coffee maker refrigerator microwave. The top floor was a penthouse club and breakfast space full buffet for breakfast $22 each. Subway station is one block away And plenty of restaurants coffee fast food available all over. Definitely will stay again.
