I was injured at the hotel. I was assured that some form of reparation would be made after I checked out. I was not contacted by the hotel. When I did finally manage to contact them I was offered further empty promises. I believe you can measure the worth of any establishment by how they respond to problems- or avoid them.

We love the location of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, shopping and transportation. Rooms are clean, extra towels -no problem! The penthouse restaurant is the perfect way to start or end your day in the Big Apple.

The room was spotless and spacious. I loved all the closet space. Mini fridge was huge. The microwave and bar space was a bonus. I also appreciated having housekeeping everyday. The hotel was the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in. I absolutely loved my stay.
