Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is elegant and room was good size for NYC but felt dated. A/C never cooled room below 72 degrees and room felt stuff our entire stay. In summary, staff was great but property was just average.

Wonderful as always. When my charger did not work I called engineering and they were up in 5 minutes to replace it. The friendliness of everyone at this hotel carries over. Breakfast was especially good with wait staff doing everything to make it right—coffee and ice water refilled before asking.

We were very impressed with the Kimberly. Room was perfect plenty of room. Bathroom was large with a shower tub. The roof top restaurant was perfect and had full breakfast options.Time Sq and Grand Central all within walking distance. Staff was thoughtful and attentive. Will stay there again next time we visit NY.
