Hotel was in great location, close to Times Square and subway stop just a couples minutes away. We saw Lion King and felt safe walking to hotel in evening. The doorman was helpful and staff friendly, breakfast was fun to overlook the street. Room was bigger than we expected, nice to have tub and shower options. Felt very clean, we would stay again!

While there is construction next door to the property, you could not hear a thing in our room. This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed at the Pearl Hotel NYC and again, it won’t be our last! We love it here!

The hotel was awesome and super close to theaters and Time Square. Our mini fridge and water temp was having issue. I called the front desk and it was taking care of asap. Also, Francisco was awesome and helped us get a taxi as well as had a vehicle ready and waiting when we requested to get us to the airport. Overall I loved it and would go back!!!

A real gem!
