My stay was below expectations. The bedding and towels are worn and outdated to a level that genuinely impacts comfort. Customer service was frustrating—some front desk staff couldn’t handle basic requests or questions. I’ve stayed here several times before, and this visit was by far the worst. The hotel now feels unimpressive and simply isn’t worth the price.

Despite booking back in Feb, upon check in we were told the hotel was fully booked so we weren’t allocated a very good room, but could come back down to reception the following morning… not what you want to hear after a full day travelling. When taken to the room, there was no window so no natural light but even the artificial lighting available was poor. As much as bed was made each day, floor wasn’t cleaned. Towels had black stains on them. Walls were thin, with staff talking loudly in corridors from early hours of the morning. On the plus side, bed was really comfortable and the hotel itself is in a great location

The room was clean. The reception staff were lovely, especially Melissa. Location was amazing. The only thing that let it down were the doormen were a little pushy when you first arrive and then after that they just stand there on their phones when you come and go.

From the front door, Man to the desk and cleaning folks it was a pleasant experience and I can’t wait to come back. It was so convenient and close to everything from Central Park to fifth Avenue to all of the Christmas sites and sounds that Juan would want to see while in Midtown.
