The hotel is in nice location near Central Park, equidistant from the east & the west side of the park. The rooms & bathroom are renovated. The bed is very comfortable. The gym on the second floor is quite good & clean.

Beautiful and clean property with lovely amenities. High quality linens and toiletries. In room Nespresso and bottled water. Fitness room and great restaurant downstairs. Slow elevators is the only negative. Definitely would stay again!

Great location in Midtown yet not a ‘hotel’ so not many amenities I got that clear when we checked in but there are many restaurants around subway station near uber/taxi access and walkable to anywhere Really close to Central Park Room was great got 2 bottles of water a day

We loved this hotel. We were visiting as a family of 6 from the UK on a trip from Toronto to Key West. We arrived late in the evening and the welcome we had was excellent. All the staff were brilliant and a special shout out to Janet who made our stay even more special. She is such a lovely lady. There was also a brilliant doorman whose name I think is Ishaq. He will remember us as the Doughnut Chef Hat people. There was a birthday in our group during the stay and they made such a lovely effort with balloons, chocolates, macarons, drinks and a few other gifts such as a puzzle and dog teddy. The room was very nice. Bed extremely comfortable. Electric blackout blinds were useful. Bathroom was stunning. Air Con worked very well. Housekeeping always did a very good job. Consistent and discreet. Overall we all loved this hotel. It’s a smaller hotel but this is actually a positive. The unlimited free bottled water was a huge positive and there was free coffee in the lobby every morning. Would 100% recommend and would definitely visit again. Thank you everyone.

I enjoy this boutique hotel. The elevators are slow but doable. And I prefer american coffee ☕️ and not the one they have in your room. But overall a good experience.
