The rooms need blankets for the bed. I was cold. It would have been nice to have room service, but the restaurant attached to the hotel was good. The waiters were very nice. Overall, the hotel was nice and centrally located. I'd definitely stay there again. The parking, however, was expensive. $30 per day

The hotel was in very poor condition, especially regarding cleanliness. The entire 5th floor hallway was dirty, and right outside our room there was a cup lying on the stained carpet that was never picked up during our three-day stay. The airport shuttle service only operates during limited hours, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the direct entrance from Newark Penn Station to the hotel was closed the entire time, forcing us to cross a street filled with homeless people. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

It was inconvenient we got to the hotel to check-in and they said our rooom was unavailable then had to check in at a different hotel we did get reimbursed but that night did not get into a room until 2 am

The location is great proximity to the airport and Penn Station and the hotel shuttle was a nice addition. However, sheets were stained on both beds and no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in their respective containers in the shower.

Room is a little weathered. It was cleaned well for what is was. Lots of old stains on the carpet around the room. Lobby reflected the same. The shuttle was a very convenient feature when they arrived on time. Getting to the hotel from airport was a little delayed, But leaving the hotel was right on time, they even brought us right to our terminal! The cookies are always a great touch.

Perfect when traveling to NJ and want to have fun in NY. Room was nice cozy clean, it Could use more lighting but I enjoyed. Staff very friendly at front desk. Loved they had airport shuttle he was the best friendly gentleman. I give this hotel a 10 due to convenience, and service
