The staff was very courteous and great to work with! The room was clean and smelled strongly of disinfectant. The refrigerator had a freezer. That was nice. The compressor made an annoying sound but we got over it. The shower was ok but barely hot enough. The rooms do not have a microwave. The price and location were great.

We were there for 5 days only had room checked once I had to ask for an extra towel. Pillows were deplorable. The people who worked there were very friendly.

During our stay at HI, the staff were very friendly and engaging. The breakfast was pretty good, warm and cold items offered. Our room, however, was surprisingly in need of extra cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom ,in particular, was dirty around the sink and the bar in the tub was coming off the wall. The hook for towels was always falling off the door. No microwave in the room. I don't know how this HI received so many great reviews. We will not be using this motel in future visits to the area.

PERSONAL ITEMS STOLEN OUT OF OUR ROOM. Thankfully, it wasn't a high value item but it is the principal of the matter. Totally ruined our trust for future stays.

Someone had a little dog that wouldn’t stop barking. Went to front desk and staff said there was nothing he could do since ya’ll are pet friendly. I love dogs but I don’t take them to motels and let them bother everyone around.

The breakfast menu was fine. The property felt very safe. My only concern was the almost child size height of the toilet was very low and difficult for someone my age with a bad knee. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and I will be certain to stay at Hampton Inns in the future. The staff was impressively helpful and courteous.
