The room we were initially placed in was filthy and smelled like an ashtray. The only good thing about the hotel was staff was helpful and assigned us a new room. The new room was acceptable only because we were only sleeping there and not spending anytime at the hotel. This hotel seemed like a transient hotel. This hotel was subpar, dirty and has seen better days…twenty years ago!

We love staying at Kingsgate! The rooms are always clean, spacious, and reflective of the area. The only downside is that it is a timeshare property so they will try to rope you into a seriously high pressure sales pitch.

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this is not your place to stay. And also, there is nowhere to get anything to eat on the property.
