Room clean and staff friendly. The first night people slamming doors and knocking on doors in the hall all night. They left the next day. The ice machine on the third floor has a bad leak floor wet. Had a great 3 day stay.

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The door would barely shut. The ice machine leaked water all over the floor so much that the hall carpet was soaked. The employees were all so nice tho! For the price we paid compared to other hotels in the area, it wasn’t too bad…just not as nice as we would have liked.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

This was the most horrible experience. Room door locks fell off and doors could easily be pushed open we took pictures to show how the conditions were all upper floor windows had no screens no features to keep bugs out or minors from falling out because windows could open fully. Internet was shotty, cable was always flickering if the tv was even connected to cable. Phones did not work in or out calls so local authorities could not be reached if emergency was to arise. Hotels dot com should be ashamed to have this place in their listings as there were no managers on duty they have not had a manager for over two weeks and when you guys hotel . Com tried to reach them no one answered the phone. They took two deposits for incidentals. Saying they would take the double charge I'm still waiting! This was a first rate scam of everything terrible pool hot tub broke pictures shown of the hotel must have from another venue because DAMN! Please please remove them from your listing because many others who tried to check in waited over 30 min for front desk help who was busy cleaning rooms for their stay at 9:30 pm that nite because they had no one to clean them prior to their arrival. This gets worse but thats enough. Ps if you want pictures of the joint cause its no hotel i have real pics that should be shown to save others from that disaster if a hotel HA!

Arrived at 4:30 pm and was told no clean room. Was told to "get dinner in Belden" and they would call me if a room was open by 8:30 pm and that I may just want to find another hotel. Received a call at 9:30 pm saying a room was clean. By this time, I already found another hotel room but when I was trying to call, the hotel's phone was down. The front desk person (who called me on her personal cell) told me I would have to file a claim as she could not refund my money despite this being the hotel's fault. Still no refund. I went back this morning and asked for a manager to call me which never happened. Will now have to go to my credit card and report this as fraud. This is the worst experience I've had with a hotel.

The air conditioner has black mold on the vents. There was no soap, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles. Phone lines have been cut so i couldn't ask the simple amenities. They charged my card a $100 fee for any damage the might occure. Said it was just a hold, it was for 2 days. Never again.

The room was nice after we finally got in. Key mix up. Bed was comfy and clean. Shower was great it had shampoo and conditioner in the shower for our convenience. However, there were no little soaps for hand washing or little cups to take medicine beside the sink. Breakfast was filling.

The attendants at the desk were friendly and helpful. I had to get the attendant to come help me. I have a c-pap machine that needed to be plugged near the bed. The outlet was under the bed. He was able to climb under to reach it. My niece came in after I fell asleep and had to crawl under the bed too to plug in her phone. So if you need the outlet near the bed bring a long extension cord or 10ft charger cord which I did happen to bring mine and plug into the outlet across from the bed. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

To start… Read the reviews and how rude and unprofessional the Hotel Mgr was in responding to each and every review. At check in, I was approached in the parking lot by a resident of the hotel, asking if I wanted to buy drugs. Front desk staff is very nice. The hotel itself is a dump. They are under renovation. This should have been mentioned in the Hotel’s listing. I can’t believe our room was renovated. It was dirty and has a mildew smell. Pubic hairs in shower and sink. Housekeeping never cleaned or restocked our room for the 3 nights that we were there. We never used the Do Not Disturb door hanger and we were out of the room by 8am every morning. She did give us fresh towels on the second night and was very courteous and apologetic. Our room only had a half roll toilet paper for our entire stay. We weren’t going to keep asking for a new roll, so I bought some from Walmart, not a big deal. On the second evening, there was an electrical issue in our room. Half the room had no power. Maintenance did fix it within 30 minutes and was ver courteous. There are sketchy people living in this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if safety is a concern. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of hot water in the morning. Overall, this is a dumbs down and I will definitely not stay here ever again.
