Room has PAPER THIN WALLS. Listened to every word from phone calls, their TV, conversations and unfortunate their "extra activities" that were quite explicit and loud. Had to check out and go to another hotel as of midnight as the walls are SO THIN.

What a kooky little piece of Winter Park history! The entire staff were lovely. The room felt very European. Everything was clean and had character. Did trains go by at different times? Yes. Could I hear the people in the room next to me? Sure. But, the hotel offers white noise machines and it was totally worth it to be in such a cool part of town. The elevator was so cool! So much character. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is ancient and full of history. Therefore, it needs updating. Simple things like caulking, the tile in the shower, updating the electricity wiring, etc. we always stay here. I love the location as it’s walkable to restaurants, shops, parks bars, farmers market, etc.. when we checked in, we were short a robe and washcloth which we requested two or three times. On our third day there housekeeping accommodated us and we’re very kind. We know what to expect there and it’s worth what we spent. We’ll stay again.
