When we first arrived the concierge wouldn’t even look us in the eyes, when we finally did get through with check in he just handed us the keys and told us to have a good night. Didn’t tell us where the elevators were or even our floor number. The bathroom in our room had residual toothpaste on the faucet and the toilet wasn’t even bolted down to the ground. The gambling was good but don’t expect a drink, they rarely come around offering. When we went to bed at night the bed was comfy but omg it smelled like pure sulfur all night. It was so bad it woke both myself and my husband up multiple times through the night. The next day we went over to horseshoe across the street and were blown away but the customer service, fresh smell, and cleanliness of the whole place. (Shot out to Phylis) we immediately checked out at Margaritaville and booked the remaining days at Horseshoe. Don’t waste your time booking a stay at Margaritaville, just go for gambling and stay at Horseshoe.

Your stay always starts with the valet and front desk staff. Both had the worst attitudes ever. They didn’t care if you were there they didn’t want you there and you were taking their time. The room was dirty and smelled. This was such a disappointment after loving Margaritaville in Tulsa. We will not be back.

The room was very clean and the house keeper LaTarshia I believe that's her name was very helpful and sweet but the young lady who checked me in was pleasant at all I don't remember her name but she had like some short locks in her hair..
