Phoenix IV 4121 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with AMAZING Gulf-front views from the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and dining room

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six, and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two double beds

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking passes are $55 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after they have been registered.

• The fireplace feature in the condo is NOT available for guest use.

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Beach vacay

This was a perfect property for our family beach vacation. We traveled for our son’s baseball tournament at orange beach Sportsplex and it was a quick drive. Plenty of activities for the kids. Will hopefully be back!

I have stayed in a lot of condos over the years & this one was decorated adorable! It was my husband & I, our 5 kids (ages 10-16), and my parents. We had plenty of room. I did bring an air mattress for our 2 youngest boys so we didn’t have to utilize the sleeper sofa (just easier than pulling it in & out every day.)

Loved the roominess of rooms...even though stats stated 2 bdrm...description stated 3 so maybe listing needs update. Didnt like the fact couldnt wash dishes by hand due to no complimentary sponge for dishwashing...also cooking utensil drawer had purple sticky substance inside...other than that couldnt find extra pillows for sofa bed sleeping

Fun family vacation

The property was nice and clean. It had enough room to accommodate my family. The beds were comfortable. Only issue was the ice maker/water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work. Management sent a repairman who changed the filter but did not resolve the issue. He left without saying anything so we delt with it the whole time. Other than that small inconvenience, everything was great.

We loved staying at a co do so close to restaurants and stores that we love and frequent. The condo was very clean and accommodating. However, additional seating in the living area would be nice since the condo can accommodate up to 10 people.

Location in orange beach is great, minutes drive or even short walk to everything you need. The beach was not crowded. The property amenities were wonderful. And our condo was exactly what we needed/expected. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Friends vacation!!!!

The property was amazing the views from the 12th floor was nothing but beautiful.. There was 10 of us and still room for everyone to move around. Orange Beach is nothing but amazing we were so close to anything we wanted to eat or just entertain. We will be visiting this place again!!
