We loved our stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And the kitchen was stocked with just about every tool and appliance you could need. The owner forewarned us about the electricity being tested well in advance so we could make arrangements to be outside, which of course was no hardship because the beach was also immaculate.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And since it was chilly when we went, we took advantage of the heated pool, which was fabulous. We will absolutely be returning and will be booking right after our next payday! Thank you so much!!

We absolutely loved our stay and the breathtaking view from the condo. The property is quiet and family friendly. We had easy access to elevators, parking, and easy entry to our condo. The condo was clean and modern with comfortable beds and pillows. We certainly appreciated that after our 10 hour drive. King has a memory foam mattress. My only recommendation is to offer more “kid friendly” plastic dishes. Most were glass and we were afraid of our littles ones dropping and breaking them. I would also consider upgrading the plastic ones that are available because several leak. We are very happy with our stay and have our new yearly vacation spot. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We love this area of Orange Beach. We had a wonderful 5 days of watching and listening to the waves on the ocean from the balcony and on the beach. And we were blessed to watch a turtle nest hatch! The condo didn't disappoint either. It had all the basics we needed. And was an easy elevator ride to the beach, to the pools and to a few restaurants (with an easy walk.) The owners were very easy to work with too!

Great rental on the beach, excellent beach views from living and master. Clean, well-stocked. Seamless checkin. Owner great communication. Only 2 small issues: Master bath could use updating and shower fairly small and short (talls beware). Kitchen Chairs extremely hard and uncomfortable (but there are also cushioned chairs). As others stated, bring your own toilet paper, paper towels (small rolls provided). Note balcony is not completely private.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. We loved being able to use the other pools and everything that the other buildings offered like the coffee shop. The manager of the condo we stayed in was very helpful when I would text with any questions. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely great property to spend the week. Cant beat the view from any room and just sitting on the balcony was peaceful. Condo was very comfortable and ample amenities overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend friends as well.

Relaxing & Quiet

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, quiet and homey. We had all we needed while there. The building was easy to navigate, parking as plentiful and close to many restaurants. The only bad thing was other guests in other units were smoking on their patios and blowing over to us had to go inside a couple times to avoid the smoke. More about other not following the rules. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday celebration at the beach

We had a great time, the beach and location was beautiful however this was the first time we had to supplement the toilet tissue ,coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing soap and detergent for clothes along with new batteries in the remotes so they would work. Typically it has been our experience with VRBO there is enough essential supplies for four people for the entire stay.

The condo itself was very nice. It felt like condo 4 was the forgotten condo. The sauna did not work, the workout facility was minimal, and you had to go to other Phoenixes to get what you needed. We LOVED the courts. There were lots of rude kids who ruined our evening pickleball games, but the parents were not supervising them.
