Affordable 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Studio On 2nd Floor!

Phoenix 8 #201...This 2 BR/2BA condo is very spacious. It is a corner unit with plenty of room for everyone! There is a combination Living Room / Master bedroom so we call this condo a "Studio"....although it also has a second Master Bedroom across the hall. This condo would be perfect for a family to enjoy since the main living room to congregate and watch tv is located in the Master Bedroom..(the living room is actually inside of the Master Bedroom). There are spectacular views everywhere you look in the Living/Master since this is a corner unit! This combo room is huge...and it leads to an over-sized balcony overlooking the pool area and the beach. The adjoining Master Bath has travertine floors, soaking tub, stand-alone shower and a double sink vanity.

The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a king-sized bed with a balcony overlooking the tennis court and parking. The adjoining bath has travertine floors, soaking tub (NOTE: jacuzzi jets do not work!!!), stand-alone shower and a double sink vanity that your family will LOVE!!

The gourmet eat-in kitchen is in the center of the condo in between the two bedrooms. Two can eat at the breakfast table. This fully-stocked upscale kitchen has a Viking Stove! And, there is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry area.

There is a locked door right when you walk into the unit. This door remains locked at all times, unless you book unit #101 as well. Then, we provide a code for the door and it becomes a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath for large families to rent.

Spacious condo with great view of the beach. Fun balcony on 2 sides. The 2 bedrooms were at opposite ends for peace and quiet. Small kitchen but it worked fine for our needs. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

This was an amazing rental right next to the ocean. There was comfortable king sized beds and plenty of closet and bathroom space. There was also an amazing view! There was an indoor and outdoor pool but the indoor pool wasn't heated as desacribed in the listing. There was a ton of cobwebs on the windows under the shutters but otherwise a clean rental. We will definitely book again.

Location was great. The beach was beautiful. The room was larger in person than the photos. The property only gives you the bare minimum in the unit: toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, etc. There was no salt/pepper, butter, olive oil, pam..... anything like this, you must bring or buy your own. That was the only downside.

WOW what a view!

The view of the beach and the ocean from this unit is beautiful! It’s nice to have two roomie bathrooms within the unit, it’s a little odd to have a king size bed in the living area, but it was properly representative of the unit description. The building did have some exterior issues or pieces that had fallen but maintenance handled the issue quickly all in all this was a wonderful day would definitely rent this unit again.

Not what I hoped for

The condo was laid out in an odd manner. One bedroom was in the living room. It was supposed to be gulf front and I guess it was but you couldn’t see or hear the ocean. It was too far back on the beach and the sand dunes were built up so tall that you couldn’t see anything. Had trouble with the television. Had to have the receiver worked on for the internet. I will never rent in this condo again.

The pros.Location and walk out to the beach was great. The condo was clean. Checkin was easy. The cons were that there is plugs that do not work here and a breaker tripped. Didnt cause concern. Definitely would stay here again though.

Best balcony!

We had a great stay! The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable although we like them a little firmer. We spent most of our time on the huge balcony eating and enjoying the scenery! We would love to rent again and if we have more people, rent 101 as well!

Nice spacious place with big balcony

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great! Only issue we had was doing laundry, we had several black lines/spots and 2 holes from what we believe is the dryer (washer is new). There is a section missing when you open the door and apparently the clothes got caught in it while drying. Hopefully that will get fixed as we just sent into the information with picture. We still loved our stay and gave 5 stars!

Spring Break

The unit was very clean but the overall property and unit could use some updating. The washer was off balance but maintenance came out immediately and looked at it. It was determine me a new washer was needed and they ordered one promptly. Overall, given that we were there to hang out on the beach and pool, the unit was nice enough and the extra large patio a bonus for morning coffee. I would like a little earlier check in as 4 pm is later than most places.
