This beautiful condo overlooks the ocean right next to the pass so you have the ocean view and can see all the boats coming back and forth from the ocean to the bay. Prettiest location in Orange Beach and Phoenix East II is right next to the Perdido Hilton, so you easily have access to all the events and activities there, along with all the great restaurants and activities on Perdido Beach Blvd. This complex has indoor and outdoor pools and saunas and tennis courts. The parking pass is paid in the lobby of Phoenix East II and is $55 per vehicle per stay.

My children had a game at Bayside so we decided on a condo to make it a beach weekend. Very nice condo with plenty of room, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware. Very clean and great access to extra activities. Beautiful view with a place for tanning on the balcony. Will definitely be booking this location again in the future.

The condo is huge! More than enough room for two people. We had some trouble figuring out the television in the living room so glad we had our Roku. The view is absolutely amazing and we did see a pirate ship on several occasions.

Easter weekend Stay

Condo was a 1 br, with couch bed and a bunk bed stationed in the living room. Unit was tidy and clean, shower was nice and hot! Loved watching the fishing boats come and go. The beach chair guy was very friendly and helpful. We ate at The Gulf, Cosmos, and Brick and spoon during our stay. Mostly had breakfast in the condo and lunch on the beach. If available we would stay here again!

Perfect for quick get-a-way.

My wife and I spent a short weekend here. Staying on the 14th floor was nice and provided great views. The neighbors we ran into were super nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d want to cook meals. Several beach chairs were available. Would recommend staying here in the future. Would be great for a small family or just a couple.

The view was amazing

This condo had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable the kitchen was really well stocked for making meals and the view was amazing!! I had my coffee on the balcony every morning with the dolphins! The weather was chilly so it was nice to have the whirlpool and indoor heated pool to warm up. We would definitely rent again.
