Beautiful 7th floor condo ON THE BEACH

Centrally located in Orange Beach and fully renovated in 2022. Once arriving no need to drive any more! Walk to groceries, over 10 dining options and shopping right across the street or go to your private 7th floor balcony and enjoy the view. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom non-smoking condo has all the amenities for your relaxing vacationing. Fully stocked kitchen with all newer appliances, Keureg coffee maker and a separate ice maker. Master has King size bed and slider doors going to balcony as well as large personal bathroom with double sink vanity, separate toilet room, shower and a soaker tub. Second master has King bed and full attached bathroom. 3rd bedroom has queen and twin bulks to sleep 4 comfortable with it's own full bathroom including large vanity to spread out your toiletries. Fantastic unobstructed Gulf views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony and the Master bed. At night, lay in your bed, and let the surf lull you to sleep. Very common to see dolphins from balcony in the morning and you can watch the boats as they are leaving the pass to go fishing. When you're ready for the beach, you can't stay any closer to the beach than The Enclave. Indoor pool for those rainy days or watch your favorite movies or ballgames on one of the 4 flat screen TVs. Brand new AC, appliances and Smart TVs. Perfect for watching movies on your Netflix or Hulu accounts. There are grills on the ground floor to grill up that delicious burger or steak. We loved this condo! Very clean and update. Parking was a concern when you pull in late at night and there is no place to park. The overflow parking information was not user friendly. Other than the parking we loved this condo and would consider staying again!

Amazing condo!!!

This condo is everything it said it was in the listing and the location was absolutely perfect being across from the Walmart being spring break, we thought we might have parking issues, but we found a spot every day and we left every day at different times not sure about other times of the year. Had great text communication with the owner when we had a question. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything about this property is perfect-the location, the views, the insanely easy access to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, the layout of the condo. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Another Fantastic Stay!

Tom’s condo once again exceeded expectations! This was our second year in a row booking his condo and it was fantastic. The sunrise/sunset views are unbeatable. He is always easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Condo was very clean and I love how close it is to many things! We utilized the pool after sunset and when the ocean wasn’t favorable and enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to next year!

Excellent and easy stay at Orange Beach

This condo was a great fit for our family of 5 and it could have held a few more! The entire unit was the cleanest we’ve ever checked into, despite the typical condo rental mustiness but that was an easy fix with fresh air. All the beds and baths were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The style was really lovely, not your typical blue and white beachy vibes, had some great character which helped with the cozy feel. Lots of fun art and color! We weren’t cooking a lot so it didn’t affect us much but we didn’t find the kitchen as well stocked as other reviews had mentioned. What was there was mostly run down and the plates were melamine so they couldn’t go in the lower dishwasher shelf where they fit best. The condition of the supplies was somewhat expected given it being end of season, utensils don’t match, handles on pots loose etc. The appliances were all in excellent condition and working order albeit the washer and dryer tricky to figure out. The washer door had to be shut just right for it to turn on. The living room fan doesn’t work, a bummer for us but maybe not others. Would absolutely return to this condo, elevators were easy, provided chairs were a great help, patio furniture super comfortable and very easy owners/rentals to work with!

Fun afamily Vacation

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. There was more than enough room for two couples and two children. The kitchen was stocked plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. The pool area was nice. The zero entry was great for small children entering the water. The only negative that we encountered was limited parking at the complex. There was a public paid parking lot about a 5 minute walk away that was $25 per day. Communication with the owner was quick.

Really enjoyed the condo and the location. Always good to get away with the family. Weather didn't cooperate very well, and couldn't get in the ocean much, but sure enjoyed the beach and pools. Ate at some great restaurants (Doc's, GT's, Tacky Jacks, Mile Marker 158), played some golf at Cotton Creek, and always enjoy Pirates Island and The Track. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is my favorite place, been going there every summer for over 50 years, since I was a little kid. Parking at the Condo was an issue, but we managed.

Lovely, comfortable, roomy condo

This was our first time in this condo and it was a good experience. It is clean, nicely furnished, and has a beautiful view. We had no problems with appliances, water, or air conditioning. Bedrooms were big enough to place a pack-n-play if you need one, although it might be tight in the one that already has bunk beds and a full bed. The unit has a storage room with a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. Beach service is available (currently at $45/set/day). People tend to place their individual chairs in front of the beach service sets, so you might want to take the condo chairs down to get an unobstructed view. We were there on a holiday weekend, so that might explain all of the personal chairs. As mentioned in other reviews, parking can be tight. We found no parking spots after returning from dinner, so you might want to eat in during high season. Communication was good.

Perfect location, beautiful condo amd beach

This was the perfect place for us to stay! It was clean, and had a perfect view of the Gulf. It was within close walking distance to the restaurant along the beach as well as right across from a grocery store and Wal-Mart and lots other shops for what you may need. The pool was never too busy or crowded and very clean! I looked through MANY different condos and we were both very happy we chose this one! It was just two of us, but its got plenty of rooms/bathrooms for a family of 6-8 people. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. If we come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

Spring Break family style

My husband and 3 kids had an absolute blast! The location was PERFECT! We walked most everywhere! The condo was so big and perfect for us…everyone had their own space and it was exactly as the listing said it was. Very clean and nicely decorated. The beach a was beautiful! We walked it every morning and spent hours each day on the white sand. The kids swam in both the indoor and outdoor pool. Pools are kind of small but we preferred the beach anyway. We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday while there so we went to Adventure Island and the kids really enjoyed that. We didn’t find a restaurant that we LOVED, but had decent food each night. Would definitely recommend this location and would love to come back! Thanks Tom and Yvonne!

Spring Break for Adult Family

The condo was perfectly located with plenty of space for our family which included a parent, 3 college students, and two grandparents. Pros: Great location. Walking distance to 2 markets, several restaurants, drug stores and souvenir shops. Hosts respond in a timely manner. Spacious bathrooms. Heated indoor pool and lovely outdoor pool and patio areas. Fabulous view. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and main living area. Dependable WiFi. Two pickle ball courts. Beach umbrella, beach floats and 2 chairs from the designated storage room by the entrance of the condo were a pleasant surprise. Security checked the parking lot on a regular basis. Cons: The listing did indicate a gym on property (which is part of why we selected it since the college kids wanted to work out). However, there was no gym on property. So the unexpected additional cost of weekly gym passes off property was unfortunate (when expecting this amenity as part of the price paid). The beds are very hard (with the exception of the oceanfront king.) Overall: We had a great time despite the few setbacks mentioned here. Vacation is what you make of it.
