If you are in the mood for the perfect tropical getaway, escape to this newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bath beachfront condo, seated directly on the sugary white sands of Orange Beach, AL! Kick back and sunbathe on the sand, enjoy the emerald green waters, and dive into all the best experiences the island has to offer. Whether you want to enjoy fresh seafood at local dining locations, experience a little retail therapy at numerous shops and boutiques, or find fun adventures on hiking trails or dolphin cruises – you'll have it all at your fingertips here!

Enjoy our beautiful island to the fullest with 763 square feet of living space in this serenely decorated condo. The master suite features a comfortable king bed and a flat screen TV. Located in the hallway is a twin over twin bunk bed which offers the perfect resting space for kids or teens. There is a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room as well, allowing for a total of 6 to sleep. In the living room, a flat screen TV allows you to stay caught up with your favorite cable shows and a DVD player is also provided. There is 1 full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. When you are not out enjoying the fantastic local restaurants, prepare some deliciously fresh meals in the condo's fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential appliances. Love Coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The dining room table seats 4 and there is also a counter high bar with 2 bar stools for extra seating so that everyone can gather around for mealtime. A washer and dryer set is conveniently located inside the condo as well.

Spend the day at the outdoor pool soaking up the sun or take a walk down the private boardwalk to walk along the beach with friends and family. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse off sand on your way back in. Additionally, the pool is heated from 10/01 – 11/30 & 3/1 - 4/20 so you can still enjoy some water time when it is chilly outside. If you would like, take advantage of the fitness room to squeeze in some workouts. When you are ready to head outside for socializing, feel free to use the BBQ equipment and outdoor dining tables provided or lounge around in the deck chairs in the common area. When the day finally starts winding to an end, enjoy your private balcony and its stunning view of the gulf waters. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information. This is a legally binding document. Please read carefully.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING & NO PETS on any of our properties.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

* MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call for special monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid minus the management fee. Guests who cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance, which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

*TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage you to purchase the optional travel insurance. Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available. Therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk.
