It was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that need work. --Lights underneath kitchen cabinets kept falling--Patio furniture needs to be replaced. --Grab bars at the showers for seniors--Guest Bath Towel Bar was broken, couldn't hang towels --Light bulb blown in guest bath--Guest Bedroom, Closet door off the track.--Not enough hand towels in bathrooms, Should have 2 and 4 towels vs 3. --Light over dining table is dem, should be a little brighter--Nice to have a book with all the instructions as to what the wall switches work... we had to hunt for the right switch to turn on lights and fans. --Dishwasher was dirty and stinks, we didn't even use it. We washed all dishes by hand. --The Recliner needs to be replace... it is really dirty and if you recline, it doesn't lock into place and will still swival. It was a nice unit, but it needs some tender loving care.

Great location, Needs work!

The condo being on the ground level is amazing. We loved that we could walk right out to the pool and that our patio was gated to keep our kids safe until we were ready to open it. The actual layout of the condo is great and spacious although the photos do make the living room and kitchen look larger than reality. My biggest complaints are about the cleanliness and broken items. The condo had some mold on the ceiling in a bathroom, dirty walls and doors, a sandy couch (day one), and other areas that just weren’t clean. The dishwasher only works for the bottom rack and both top and bottom drawers aren’t on tracks or wheels/broken. The patio chairs are broken and my daughter flipped out of one when the back fell off. There was also a large orange notice from the city on our door on day two for a lapsed business license. We still had a great time and appreciated the size/space, layout, and location. For the price, the cleanliness and lack of functioning features were very frustrating.

Relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, with the pool right outside our door and the beach just steps away it was just what our family needed! We would love to come back and visit when it's warmer weather and make good use of the outdoor pool. The only thing I wish was different is that the outdoor pools would have been heated, but the option to swim at the indoor pool was great! One thing I would suggest is maybe a couple of more pans to cook with, we made it work with what was there, but an extra sheet pan or two would've been helpful. The back left burner on the stove wasn't working, but it didn't stop us from being able to cook, just something they may want to check out! I would definitely recommend this place to to family and friends.

Great Week at Orange Beach

The unit is in an excellent location on the 1st floor, which was great to just walk out to the swimming pool & Barbeque grills; and walk across the pool deck to the beach. It is a bit dated, and could use a few upgrades, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Overall, this was a very nice room on the ground floor. It had some little things that need to be fixed but nothing to prevent us from enjoying it all week long. Would for sure rent this one again.

Unit was not clean. We had to rewash all dishes, pots and pans. Floors were dirty with sand, shower curtains had mold on them. Coffee pot was cracked, causing coffee to leak everywhere. Sliding patio doors were nearly impossible to open and close. The gate to pool was boarded up obstructing gulf views. Patio furniture was worn, some pieces broken. They need replaced. Twin beds were worn and uncomfortable. Location to pool and beach was nice. Beach was extremely crowded. Owners need to do some upgrades prior to renting again.

Awful construction that ruined our trip!

We weren’t allowed to look out our windows, use our balcony or pool! We never got to utilize our oceanfront view. We utilize VRBO a few times a year and we will never book again. I have several photos and videos of this awful “surprise” construction!!!!

Overall a good place. Had some issues with flies in the kitchen and slow internet but overall not bad. Wish there was a way to lock the gate going out to pool. Had few kids come in gate to get balls from pool play.

Beautiful Location

Wonderful time, great place! The condo was perfect for 4 adults and two children. I would stay there again! The only issue was with parking... We had to pay for the cars which should have been included, then receive a refund....Very strange and it was very confusing as I was talking to two different people.

Great Location with some issues

Loved the location - no view, but not a big deal for us. Much nicer to have direct access to pool with no stairs. Big gnat problem in the kitchen and a weird overall smell in the unit. Would not rent again if those problems weren't fixed. Tried to call but the automated response basically said I would be on hold forever so I gave up shortly. Parking situation was unclear - said I had two spots but no idea how to indicate which cars were mine.

Great condo just needs few adjustments

The property and location was great. The condo was beautiful it just had mold in the master shower and the back of the guest bathroom door was covered with mold. The dishwasher was broken and the sliding glass door to outside wouldn’t open. Maintenance came and said needed new rollers but it wasn’t fixed while we were there. I think someone needs to verify cleanliness before guest arrive.
