My partner and I had an amazing stay here. The staff was the absolute friendliest. Breakfast was decent. There was a lot of options to choose from....much more than dried cereal and danishes. The room was spotless and everything worked as expected. The beach and pool are literally an elevator ride away. It's conveniently located near a Walmart and Publix and every restaurant we patroned in the area was very good. Oh and the biggest thing for me was that the ice machines actually worked! Would stay here again 10/10

Don't like being charged to park on property

Beach view room was very nice. My grandchildren missed the cookies that have always been offered in the past. I didn't like the $30 a day parking fee which is new. No need for it since the parking garage is part of the hotel. I have been going there for years but will now look for a place with free parking.

Did not like all the pets that were aloud all around the hotel. People even took dogs on the beach when signs stated no pets on it. Maybe dogs and what ever pets should be only on one floor.

Not too happy that we were charged an additional $15 a day for parking when it should be included as a standard for staying there. Nothing is ever mentioned up front that there’s a parking charge. You don’t have a choice as there’s no other alternative for parking. It’s like we have you now that you’re here. Misleading to say the least.

Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings on this property after staying there for multiple nights. It was an expensive hotel, but that makes sense because of its location. So, that was expected, but ultimately I just didn't feel like our experience as a whole was very good. The location is great, and they had plenty of parking, and having free breakfast at a more resort style hotel is a great perk. However, we had issues with the cleanliness of our room, we couldn't ever really get our room to cool down, the AC struggled at best... The room smelled... Well, like animals. This hotel allows pets and I've stayed at tons of hotels that allow pets, but I'd never seen so many roaming around as I did here. And frankly, you could tell... Because the AC struggled to keep the room cool it got kind of muggy in there during the day, and that kind of brought out the animal smells from previous occupants. There was also previous pet hair all over the floors. If you walked around the room in socks they'd be covered with pet hair, so if you have allergies to that stuff. I'd avoid this hotel. Overall, it was... Okay, and I'm trying not to nitpick, but we paid a lot to stay here for a vacation and felt like we ended up staying the whole time with other people's pets.

Slip this hotel

So many things wrong with this hotel. I expected better for the price. First, the main issue...no disability access to the beach. I even spoke with an employee on the phone before coming about renting a beachwheelchair for my disabled daughter and they didnt mention that stairs were the only way on the beach. Secondly, the rooms aren't cleaned everyday. Our room was "cleaned" once during our four night stay. The sheets weren't changed despite being dirty and sandy. We had to take our own trash out and ask for towels multiple times. Then there is the issue of the LOUD doors. They slam so loud! And the noise from other rooms was disturbing. Lastly the cost to park one vehicle after paying so much for a room? This wasn't disclosed until we were there.
