Romar Place 201 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, east corner condo with an incredible Gulf-front, panoramic view from the 2nd floor. This unit has been completely remodeled!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room, primary bedroom, and third bedroom.

• Tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living room has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has two twin-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Orange Beach

Over all they stay was excellent the only down fall would be the pool bathrooms were not kept up well but didn't ruin our stay. Great location and access to the beach and pool. Will be back soon.

Family Vacation

Overall I would say keep looking. The positives are the property management company is very quick to respond and are very helpful and kind. Its location is close to dining and grocery stores. The room is spacious enough for 6 people. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives and I would not return to this rental. The inside is not as new and clean as the pictures portray. Paint is pealing, floors are dirty and scratched up. The view is blocked by a hut by the pool. The pool equipment for the property is right under the balcony. When trying to sit outside you hear it constantly running. The complex as a whole is older and needs repairs. We couldn’t get into the property at 4pm check in due to cleaning running behind. I would go back to Orange Beach but stay at a different rental.

Wonderful place for a vacation

Love this condo and would stay again. On arrival, Management for the complex was very nice and inviting. *There is an awning to load and unload your luggage out of the weather. Also, there are luggage carts, and elevators *The building Management requires to pay to park. *The condo is located very close to the stairs, pool and beach. *Has an amazing large patio, plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of 6, plus i believe there was a couch sleeper, but not sure. Would definitely make this my favorite place to stay for future beach vacations.

Great Location and Beautiful condo

We had a great time! Location was perfect corner condo overlooking pool and beach. Stocked with most things needed to stay. The only issue we had was parking the first night (lot was over crowded) but we were allowed to park in loading/unloading area, and the dryer wasn’t getting hot. Tried to dry some towels and after 3 spins they were still damp. Otherwise we had a blast

The unit was dated and really not cleaned. The unit had several roaches and roach poo on the floors and counters. The dishwasher was not fastened, so everytime we tried to open the dishwasher it would pull out of the opening. The toilet in the master bathroom needed to be plunged after every use. Very dissatisfied with this unit but the 2nd floor view was nice. Probably would not recommend staying here.

We had a great stay

Four adults looking for some sun and warmth in March. This unit was really nice, very clean, had most everything we needed and a most spectacular view. It was bustling during the day and quiet at night. Lots of nice people to talk to, and we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED walking the beach and using the pools. We would most definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view

Location, view, ease of check in, 5 star. No doubt about it. What we would like to of had are bigger coffee cups, a Keurig, salt & pepper, a couple of warm blankets, hangers, and bigger TVs. The living room TV just needs to be replaced with a bigger size smart TV. I had to go buy a Roku just to have something to watch on it.

Girlfriend's Getaway

5 girlfriends since kindergarten stayed 4 days at the condo to celebrate turning 70 this year. We loved the large patio and spent most of our free time there. Excellent view of the ocean! The only drawback was the number of chairs on the patio. Since the condo sleeps at least 6. It would be nice to have at least 6 chairs.

Picture perfect!!!

We fell in love with this place the moment we opened the door!!! The breathtaking view earn the clutch my pearls gasp when we walked in. It was absolutely perfect. Perfect location, for early morning coffee on the patio at sunrise, a quick run to the pool or the beach. The kids appreciated and played the games provided. Super fun!! Overall my mom has requested to come back EVERY year and Im in total agreement with that. I give the place 10 out 10! My new found favorite!! Thanks for sharing!!!

Excellent condo!!

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean, and we enjoyed being on second floor with the large balcony. It was also great having 3 bedrooms with bathrooms for each bedroom. Would definitely stay again.
