Judy was wonderful to work with and gave us some great recommendations of places to go. The property was beautiful and beach access was the best! Our kids loved the space and pool. Both beds and the pull out couch/bed slept great. We will definitely be back the next time we come down to the area! Thank you Judy!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during the week of June 24th. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need. The owner even called during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The king size mattresses were so comfortable. I would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect all around!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this condo. The BEDS ARE AMAZINGLY COMFY! Condo was very accommodating with starting supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters and dish detergent. Judy, the owner, communicated before, during and at the end of our stay just to be sure we didn’t need anything. The facility was clean, wellmanaged and the view cannot be beat! We will stay again!

The View is Majestic!

My wife and two teen boys decided to drive 15 hours to spend Thanksgiving on the beach in the Gulf of Mexico. Crazy huh? It was worth every minute of the car ride. We stayed on the 4th floor of Phoenix III facing the Gulf and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. That is one view that never gets old. We were able to watch the sun both rise AND set from the comfort of our condo balcony. The natural beauty is unsurpassed. The weather could have been a bit warmer but shorts and a t-shirt was still the uniform of the day. It was a pleasure to work with Judy as she was very responsive to our questions. I wish all hosts were as kind and accommodating as she was. The condo was clean and orderly. The king sized beds were plenty comfortable and the sound of the crashing waves kept calling us to the balcony. There is no substitute to staying right on the beach. We can't wait to return because the ocean is always calling. Happiness comes in waves you know!

Fall Trip

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We have stayed here before and Judy (the host) is amazing to work with and answers any questions. It is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a comfort stay and stocked with anything you need, it is also within walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !

Family vacation

Overall, was a good stay. Comfy property. Convenient location and good pools. Was not as upscale as expected based on pictures in my opinion. Beds were comfortable but sheets & pillowcases had a fair amount of piling, towels were hard and could use some fabric softener or be updated. Too much furniture on the balcony and the lounger on balcony pushed against rails makes you have to keep an extra eye out for your young kids, feel like it should be removed for safety reasons. Communication with owner was a little more delayed than I would’ve liked but she is very nice and easy going so not a big deal. Overall it was a good stay and very good location close to everything and also very close to the elevator so easy with young kiddos to haul things to and from beach.

This was our first-time visiting Orange Beach. The area is family friendly, which we enjoyed. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay (even beach towels).
