Admirals Quarters unit 203
Let me say that the layout of the unit is very accommodating, unfortunately their is to much large furniture crammed into the entire unit. The check in process was cumbersome, the front door e-lock code given to us to enter the unit was wrong. The explanation was that the door e-lock was changed before our visit. During our stay, the e-lock did not function properly, and we got locked out of the unit for two hours one day, and had to go through an arduous process to get back into the unit. Another issue was the cooking utensils, all the pans were scratched and in terrible shape, making it difficult to cook. The crockpot liner was cracked and had to be replaced, and there was only one hand towel for the kitchen.
The rest of the unit was cleaned, but not clean, there were dead roaches we swept up, there were limited hand towels, bath towels and no wash clothes. The jetted tub in the master bathroom had not been cleaned.
We had also inquired about construction on the facility prior to booking (based on past experience) and we were assured that no major construction was scheduled. However, when we arrived they had a construction crew resurfacing the building (Lots of noise) and they had to close the outdoor pool for the construction. In addition, are stay was interrupted by the local maintenance crew, accusing us of overflowing the master-bath tub and after multiple inspections, it was determined that the tub had a leak inside the tub and shower was improperly caulked.
