all bed mattresses need to be replaced

only one very small soap in bathrooms, should have one for hands and another for body Every mattress in this condo were horrible if they replaced them it would make for a much more comfortable stay

If you are looking for a condo with amazing views this is a great choice. We also loved that we were just a few minutes away from many great dining options right on the bay. Lovely vacation spot!

The condo was clean and is beautiful and spacious. We very much appreciated receiving the door code ahead of time so we could go ahead and drop our bags. I did not like having to stand in line to get the parking pass, which defeated the purpose of the online check-in; however, that has to do with the homeowners association and not the owner. We would definiely stay here again

Old and Dirty

I waited to send this review until I calmed down a bit. We walked into this unit and it it had a horrible odor. The couch was so old and worn out it made horrible noises when you sat down on it as did the chair. We were tired from a long trip so we went to bed to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach the next day. No one got any sleep because the beds and pillows were so lumpy and hard it was impossible to do so. After tossing and turning in the uncomfortable beds one guest tried to sleep on the sofa and another one in the recliner. Unable to sleep on the couch because it was so old a crappy. No sleep!!!! I called Bret-Robinson and relayed the fact that the beds made it impossible to sleep and it was so dirty I cleaned the kitchen myself. The floors were so dirty we didn’t dare walk in our bare feet. The company was no help and more or less said there was nothing they could do. The Phoenix VII itself is not what you’d expect either. Needless to say it was a horrible trip and we left a day early to get some sleep. The condo owner needs to be informed about the state of this condo. Horrible? Horrible!!

Condo unit 1206 at Phoenix VII was comfortable and as presented in listing.

We enjoyed our short but much needed stay there. Only 1 note, one umbrella by pool was broken and another guest said it had been that way awhile. Would recommend this unit! Good location! Nice places to eat close by! Friendly ladies at check-in and the other employees we encountered were as well.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful and the views are wonderful... only thing I would suggest, would be to have more than 1 kitchen towel (used bath wash cloth and hand towel in kitchen)...as well as a cutting board and measuring cup... will for sure stay here again in the future!!
