The girl was friendly at check-in. The room was underwhelming though. The beds seemed small but the pillows were tiny! They were filling the pool in with dirt assembly to no longer have one. It was right outside our door though so it was a bit odd. Breakfast was decent

Was told I had a room on the second floor facing the pool, but I wasn’t told that the pool was filled with sand and no longer in use. Also, I booked two rooms. I paid for one with credit card and my friend paid for the other one with his credit card and when I got home, I saw that his credit card was charged for one room tonight and my credit card was charged for both rooms two nights so I was overcharged like $231

The room appeared clean. The floors were wet when we arrived, perhaps from the cleaning. We wiped up the puddles but the floors continued to be moist. We finally put towels down to walk on and left the room door open for a while to try and dry out the room. The bug in the bathroom was the last resort. We would have left but it was late and we were tired.

Floor was still wet ( I hope from moping) when we arrived, and smelled. This was a pet friendly room but have never experienced this at other stays. Dogfood on the ground outside of door.Pillows were weird and hard. Bathroom was so small you.had to sit on toilet to close the door ( not kidding). Soft drink machine only had cola and mountain dew and ice machine dirty. Very disappointed with Expedia since it was rated as good.

when I checked in I requested a handicap bathroom for my mom. Jessica went out of her way to help accommodate me. Her cuatomer service was outstanding and rarely found. She is truly an assest to your business.
