We only stayed for a few hours, but the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was outstanding and the people were very friendly if I were traveling and needed a place to stay in Santee, South Carolina I would definitely recommend this property.

Small room and bed for King size room no coffee pot in room. Noisy neighbors. Very poor breakfast. No pool. Would not recomend at all.

Room was not really clean. Chair had old food scraps on it. Floor felt gritty. But bathroom was clean! Hotel looks a bit ‘seedy’, but of course the lobby looks good.continental breakfast okay. Location good, right off 95. Would not stay here again

Clean, nice beds, able to regulate room temperature effectively, adequate plug ins for tech devices and had a decent shower. Two problems very low water pressure for bathroom sink and had difficulty in turning off shower as the main shower control is in the way for turning the faucet completely off.

Obviously this is a family run business and we are more than happy to support that. But when your product is defective, and you are aware of it and your customer offers you a fare resolution, good business says you accept that. More importantly common decency requires that. We booked two nights. We stayed one despite the overwhelming odor of mold. We payed for that night. We asked you to refund the second night, having advised you of our need to leave at 7:30 that morning. We were told we have to speak to the manager that afternoon. We were also told that we have to deal with the third party. Those calls were either ignored or delayed to another time. While you are within your rights to say these are the rules your customers have the right to know that your product, your hotel, is not like you represent it. You should have refunded us the night that we did not stay there.
