I drive a lifted truck. They could not park in hotel parking lot nor did they have other parking accommodation. I had to park at a open lot 2 blocks down that only allowed 12hr increments. Had to wake up at 3:30a to re pay for parking. The city view was more of a rooftop view as you can see from the picture.

Starting in the entrance the lobby chairs looks terrible. One was very dirty and its under cover was broken and looks disgusting. Elevators are so noisy and poor cleaning. And additional to 1-4 noise the music very noise. If you want to a hotel to stay and sleep normal, it is not the correct place.

The hotel overall was very nice and clean but there was an incident. My boyfriend went to the gym and I stayed alone in the room to get ready, after taking a shower, I was in the bathroom getting ready in a towel when a man walks in completely, the door shut after him. The door to the bathroom is a sort of glass with a film over it so I thought it was my boyfriend but it was not. I think the guy realized he messed up because I said hello and he walked out. At this point I was quite freaked out, i could have been changing out in the common area and if he was knocking prior, I did not notice because I was in the shower previously. I understand that this was an accident but still as a woman alone it was quite scary and we even had the privacy please sign on the door. All the front said was that it was an accident and that the male housekeeper was new. But then the next day, the day of checkout, again a housekeeper knocked very lightly while we were in bed sleeping, did not even give anyone the time to answer and opened the door again. Again, the privacy please sign was still on the door. Did not really feel safe after the initial incident.

Great stay very central to downtown. Lots of food areas. Sky bar has great food. Closed from 2-4 so just keep that in mind. Staff was friendly rooms were a bit smaller then expected but the cleanliness and quality of the stay made up for it. Downstairs food area can’t be charged to the room. But great grab and go. Valet was 30$ a night. Bit pricey but they have a great method for picking up the car. Valet was super friendly. Overall a great stay.
