Remote control of TV was missing, room cleaning has to be requested. Overall condition of the hotel is ok but bathroom is clean but very cheap and outdated. A lot of restaurants, bars and attractions across the street. Location and swimming pool are amazing. Overall 4 out of 5.

Best front desk experience

I’ll be honest. I was going to give it a 2 star. I landed early so I had to pay $35 for early check in on top of the insane resort fee. Damien greeted me with a great service and friendliness. My room had 2 beds both beds were dirty and the safe was missing the battery cover. Went downstairs and spoke to Damien and he took care of all the issues. Maintenance came up took care of my safe issue and the. Leaving staff changed the sheets on both beds. Damien was the best. Super nice. I travel quite often and Damien gave me one of the best services I’ve ever gotten in a hotel. If I ever do come back it would be because of his beyond amazing friendly service I received from Damien.
