The hallway outside my room was very dirty the entire time. The rooms did not have carpeting. Therefore they felt like either a jail cell or a hospital room. When I first checked in the dehumidifier was broken and I had to wait for somebody to come and fix it before using the room.

The place looks nothing like it like it’s pictures on the website popcorn falling off the ceilings in both rooms that we rented never any towels out at the pool. The place needs a major overhaul.

This is our regular place to stay when traveling to Orlando for a fun filled weekend. My only complaint and concern was two strangers standing in front of my room door smoking weed. The smell was going into my room and I had a child with me.
