Plan on paying $20 a day for parking and $10 a day for destination. They only clean once a week. We had overflowing garbage in our room. We had to go get new towels because they don’t give you fresh ones everyday. The location was great but I will never stay here again

The roons are very spacious and clean. The property is very nice. I was slightly disappointed that the shuttle bus only departs to the theme parks once a day, and no shuttle sevice to magic kingdom, or animal kingdom, you have to get a transfer to get to the theme park.nonetheless, a great family pet friendly hotel.

Hotel is convenient, staff is always kind. However, paying for secured parking in a parking garage with a security gate that is broken, all the time and has been for months and month, is unacceptable.
