Hotel was nice and clean with a great location. There were fees for miscellaneous stuff that we didn’t use but had to pay which added on to parking fee. So get ready to pay extra per night.

Breathing issues

My daughter has severe asthma and my mom has blood clots in her lungs. I have mild asthma. The hotel had a big tower pumping scents into the hotel and it was so bad we had to leave once we got into the room. The room was a pet room and smelled musky and moldy. There was no we could have stayed breathing these scents. This needs to be made known to guests and the hotels need to consider this to keep their guests from having an attack. Staff said this was not the first or second time that this has affected their guests with breathing. Also I would never stay in a pet friendly room as it smelled and added more pollutants in the mix and the scents were over the top and masking other smells. The hotel also charged a random $32 charge for some reason and we were only in the hotel for not even an hour.

Our favorite go to hotel for our Disney weekends, the rooms are oversized with comfortable beds and the convenience of having the little kitchenette is 👌 The bathrooms could do with updating BUT they are clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

This was our second time staying here in a months time. It’s super convenient if you’re going to the Disney parks. The rooms are nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I noticed this time around was the room wasn’t as squeaky clean as in the past. Nothing that I would’ve called front desk about, but it just little things that I think just got missed. Again, nothing earth-shattering or unhygienic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

2nd time staying here. Loved it last time, fast and friendly check in, great room space, we got the suite with a kitchen and it was well stocked with the pots and pans and utensils and other kitchen equipment and appliances, full sized refrigerator that was clean inside. Room was clean. I left my watch and they sent it back which was awesome as I hadn’t realized it was missing until I got home. Plenty of parking available. Would come back here again!
