We stayed for two nights! Room was big and spacious. Pull out couch for our daughter was a little uncomfortable so she opted to sleep on the couch it’s self the second night.

Hidden costs

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very nice. There was not daily housekeeping because it is an extended stay hotel so it’s once a week. I didn’t know parking was going to be an extra $20 a night and there was some random $40 fee when we checked out. The extra cost of parking and fees made it not as affordable as I thought

Had an amazing 5 night stay at Candlewood Suites. The room was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Jarell checked us in and provided the best customer service for all 5 days of our stay! The whole staff was lovely and ready to help with anything we needed. The complimentary shuttle was a plus, but being located in Buena Vista it was so easy to just Uber of Lyft to the parks. I definitely plan to stay at Candlewood Suites the next time I am in Orlando👏🙌

Things too know!!!!!

The trip was good no real complaints but three things you should know. The bed comes with no mattress cover so if you spill any liquids on the bed, urinate in the bed by accident, and or leave any passion(sex) stains on the bed, you will be charged with a mattress cleaning fee, so the best thing to do is put plastic on the mattress. When you book this hotel you will be charged $20 daily for parking. Lastly, be sure to check you hotel bill for extra fees because they will charge you with all kinds of taxes and destination fees.

I liked everything I have zero complaints. Yasmine was very welcoming and even offered an upgrade to a king suite that I turned down bc I was with my son, but was still a nice gesture. No issues with water or a/c which is usually hit or miss at any hotel. Will definitely be back for our next trip.

safe, plenty of parking in the several story parking garage, hotel is on the edge of a very large forest, lots of stores in the immediate area to shop at, full size refrigerator with ice maker, clean cold a/c, clean meaning there was no stuffy humid feeling like at some disney resorts we stayed at.

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Someone had clearly been smoking immediately prior to our departure. When we went to request another room we were told there was nothing they can do. Our pack n play now smells like smoke after leaving. We won’t return

Worked well for family to makes meals and plan food with kitchen. Little out dated fan didn’t work in bathroom toilet was wobbling beds very good They only clean once a week and if you need extra towels or TP or really anything you have to go to front desk and ask
