Beautiful home that was perfect for our family of 12. Beds were comfy, plenty of dishes, pots and pans to cook at the house. We brought spices, baggies, foil, and the little things we did not want to buy more of to bring home and it worked out great. Loved the pool and spa and the close proximity to Universal and Disney. Would definitely recommend for a large family trip.

We stayed over the holidays, and were excited to find a Christmas tree waiting for us! The pool and hot tub were a huge hit in December! We visited Disney every other day, but the 5 girls seemed to enjoy pool days just as much. Thanks for all the blown up rafts, tubes and other toys! We had a ball, so much that we never watched the 10 TVs!The house is spacious with an excellent floor plan. Four big bedrooms with baths are in each corner of the downstairs. Upstairs are 2 great "kids" rooms and another king BR. There are 10 beds in all, five of them being kings! All were so comfortable with nice bedding.The kitchen is well outfitted, and we ate almost every meal outside on the many nice tables ... what a treat in December! Also a nice washing machine and 2 dryers, and a fun game room.Grocery stores are close (we greatly preferred Publix to Walmart). Use Sherbeth Rd. to easily get to Disney. We recommend skipping Sea World, after being wowed by Disney. John Rae was a wonderful communicator. He advised me to bring everything we needed, but we did find extra strollers in the game room. Do buy laundry and dish detergent, extra toilet paper and other consumables. This was our best family vacation ever, and much of it was due to this villa. It was the bargain of the trip (compared with Disney tickets) and so worth it! We hope to come back to this exact villa again. It suited our group of 12 perfectly! You won't be disappointed! Thanks for everything, John.

So convenient to Disney. Pool & hot tub great & we watched a movie while in the pool! 4 spacious bedrooms on the first floor which was great for our older family members plus 3 bedrooms upstairs. Although we didn't need an alarm on the door to the pool it is a great safety feature if you have littles. We would definitely stay again.

Formosa Gardens Estate

Contacted owner 3 days prior to start of trip, as managing firm did not send me code to the home. Got 2 gate codes, luckily one worked. We were very pleased with size of the home, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone loved the pool. Pool deck is very slippery when wet. Kitchen could use some storage containers for left overs and corn on cob holders. Local Walmart very crowded and busy. Loved the Formosa Winery and Bahama Breeze restaurants locally. Plenty of eating places to choose from. Enjoyed barbecuing while there. Kids loved the game room, and playing games we brought along in the evenings. Some of the main floor bedrooms very hot with door closed, grateful for fans in master bedroom closet. Will definitely consider staying here again. John Rae, owner was very responsive to my emails.

House is very spacious with everything you need for a great vacation. The owner is really helpful and communication is easy with him. Our only critique is the water pressure but all in all that didn’t affect the great time we had. Would definitely stay again

Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Pool is beautiful. Outdoor area is very nice. Was very well stocked with appliances and even random necessities that came up like a tire pump. We did feel like it could be a bit cleaner/updated. Couch is broken. A bit dusty everywhere. Overall a great experience though.

House has plenty of room. The outdoor space is amazing. Only ask: please have small step stools to get into the beds. Most ladies in my family are 4'10- 5'4, I'm 5'9 and had to "hop" -getting in a few of those comfy beds provided lots of funnies. Thanks!

Needs Updating/ New Hot Tub

The property is wildly outdated. The hot tub loses all the water unless you’re constantly filling it. This home needs a deep steam cleaning, not a simple broom job. The pool area was gross and needs a pressure wash cleaning and new tiles etc.
