The villa was outstanding, close to the parks.The pool was an excellent size for a family of 11. Doors to the pool were alarmed, to let you know if the toddlers sneaked out to jump in the pool.The whole booking process was excellent, with John providing all the relevant information as we approached the start of the holiday, and answered any queries during the holiday.Outstanding

Formosa Gardens Estate

Contacted owner 3 days prior to start of trip, as managing firm did not send me code to the home. Got 2 gate codes, luckily one worked. We were very pleased with size of the home, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone loved the pool. Pool deck is very slippery when wet. Kitchen could use some storage containers for left overs and corn on cob holders. Local Walmart very crowded and busy. Loved the Formosa Winery and Bahama Breeze restaurants locally. Plenty of eating places to choose from. Enjoyed barbecuing while there. Kids loved the game room, and playing games we brought along in the evenings. Some of the main floor bedrooms very hot with door closed, grateful for fans in master bedroom closet. Will definitely consider staying here again. John Rae, owner was very responsive to my emails.

House is very spacious with everything you need for a great vacation. The owner is really helpful and communication is easy with him. Our only critique is the water pressure but all in all that didn’t affect the great time we had. Would definitely stay again

Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Pool is beautiful. Outdoor area is very nice. Was very well stocked with appliances and even random necessities that came up like a tire pump. We did feel like it could be a bit cleaner/updated. Couch is broken. A bit dusty everywhere. Overall a great experience though.

House has plenty of room. The outdoor space is amazing. Only ask: please have small step stools to get into the beds. Most ladies in my family are 4'10- 5'4, I'm 5'9 and had to "hop" -getting in a few of those comfy beds provided lots of funnies. Thanks!

Needs Updating/ New Hot Tub

The property is wildly outdated. The hot tub loses all the water unless you’re constantly filling it. This home needs a deep steam cleaning, not a simple broom job. The pool area was gross and needs a pressure wash cleaning and new tiles etc.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful stay!

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. All of the BR were really nice. However, one of the bedrooms’ bed was not clean and there was a hair in the bed and spots on the sheets. Some of the towels in the bathrooms had a smell. Other than that, my/our stay was nice. The outdoor area was really nice. Wish the pool was labeled with the depth of the pool as everyone in my party could not swim and the pool was rather deep.

Amazing Property and Amazing Location

We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday and had about a dozen family members from the local area join us throughout the week. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our entire group. My 93 year old grandmother was with us, so it was nice to have several master suites on the ground floor with bathrooms to choose from for her. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. which was great considering we were cooking for many people. The pool area is a perfect place to entertain, chill in the hot tub, and watch a game or movie on the projection screen. Check in and check out were both a breeze, and John was great with his communication before, during, and after our stay. I'd stay here again and can highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great villa in the Orlando/Disney area.

Great Location for Family Disneyworld Trip

Our family or 13 really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is a very nice location to visit Disneyworld. The villa has everyone a family would need. The manager John was very responsive and provided us anything we needed. We wish we would have stayed a couple more days to take advantage of all the amenities in the home.

Friends getaway

John was very responsive and helpful. The villa was a fantastic location and just as it appeared in the pictures. It is a wonderful oasis in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. Great area for walks. Close to everything. The pool is heated and water was perfect. The outside area was great with the tv, lounge chairs and seating area. Lounge chairs do not lay back all the way so hard to lay on your stomach to tan but other than that it was an outdoor space. Was not able to use the grill due to rust and mold but we made use of the gas stove and oven and it was no big deal. If you want to use the grill it needs to be cleaned before and after. The alarm going outside to the pool can be annoying but we understand it is a safety precaution so was not an issue. Lots of little lizards outside and one even got in the house but it was more scared of us than we were of it. The temp can not be lowered past 72. This was fine during the day because we could get in the pool but at night trying to sleep it could get very warm. Fans were provided but it would be nice to be more comfortable trying to sleep. The property was beautiful and we loved our stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it completely

Perfect for Disney

Beautiful home with well equipt kitchen and a mountain of pool towels! 4 families very comfortable with 7 bedrooms with private baths. Plenty of hot water, loved having the laundry. So close to Disney you can return in the hottest part of the day to the fantastic pool, and go back in the evening.

The property is as described and extremely nice. The host was exceptional and very responsive. We only had one issue that was resolved very quickly and they checked on us throughout the visit. I highly recommend this property and this host. They both represent a best in vacation rentals.
