You get what you paid

Once we walk into our room, we were welcome by several German roaches, contact front desk about switching our room due to infestations, unable to provide service due to all rooms were book and to contact manager in the morning. Hallway dirty and trash on the floor.

Not Recommend!

Upon arrival no one at front desk, had to wait 20min b4 some checked me in. Booked room with jacuzzi tub that I wanted to use after my nap. Went to use it and no hot water, they offered to move me to different room but I had already unpacked and had a nap and didn’t want to pack up and move. I asked for same price as regular room but was denied. The phone and outlets in the room weren’t working. There were building alarms going off in the evening. Would not recommend this place.

The a/c was too noisy. It kept me awake all night. The shower failed to drain adequately. You were always standing in a few inches of water. The continental breakfast did not exist.

Worst Days Inn i have ever been to. They never cleaned the rooms, even though my husband requested it twice at front desk, even after the 3rd day straight, even after front desk confirmed somebody will do it!!!. We had a used toilet paper, my husband had to get a newbone from front desk next morning. Never received no apologies. My husband kept going downstairs to get towels like if we didn't pay! No managers to complain during checkout, how convenient!!. Safe the hazzle and book somewhere else! Theres other hotels for same price range with better service

Outside this hotel, as i walked toward room 210 smells like poop. The stairs were dirty. For $100 a night, i should not have smells poop everywhere, as i walk around. I had to be prisoner in my room. Only inside the room smells decent. This is a shame

We have a 5 Nights reservation in this hotel and they cleaning our Room only 1 night and change the towels only twice because I made a complain in the Lobby, but they said that they dont have cleaning personnel in the Hotel in this days. The service was really poor.

Not as clean an hotel suppose to be! They do not have any blankets also the room lights are so low that we have to open all the room right to get better visibility in the room! Bathroom is not same thing . They have provided only one toilet roll and had to ask more ! During my stay their toilet water supply was affected which left me during nothing and just have to wait. Not recommended until you have better around that area.

Just an overnight stay. It was in a good location for what we needed. It was easy to check in and out. The bed was okay but the pillows, they were horrible. We felt safe and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean. Rooms had a refrigerator in the room.

Bad place to stay

I didn’t stay because the room was smelling super bad, nothing didn’t work, didn’t had wifi, everything was completely different of the picture, the front desk guy very rude unprofessional, also there is homeless people asking for money or drugs terrible and unsafe place to stay and I’m still waiting for my money back.

I was very disappointed as they didn't clean the room or give clean towels daily. On our 3rd night I went to the office and got 2 clean towels. The front desk guy said they only clean the rooms and give clean towels every 3 days. We had a king size bed, only 2 towels, and about 5 tissues in the box. I will be back in the area for my grandsons HS graduation in May, but we will not stay there.
