It's what you would expect from a DoubleTree! Clean, more upscale, and fairly quiet even for the location by the highway. I don't remember if it's written in the listing but keep in mind there's a $35 parking per night fee. Good hotel!

My initial thoughts of the property were the lobby is standard, nothing to rave about . However the rooms need immediate upgrades the drainage for the room was below standard and the beds were hard, chipped paint in the bathroom and toilet paper stuffed in the ceiling vent. Brown water was seen coming from the faucets on the initial turn on. this hotel has roach infestation as baby and smaller roaches were seen in the bedroom desk I between the bed and the bathroom counter tops. I advised the front desk they said no accommodations could be made outside of giving one free day of valet parking . Donna at the front desk also advised atleast they were baby roaches and not big ones which was over heard by another employee who stated ‘that doesn’t make it a good thing’. My room was on the 11th floor and there is no reason for bugs especially roaches unless there is an infestation on a floor that high up. This is very sad. I would not stay at this hotel , I’ve never stayed at a Hilton or doubletree with roaches . Do not stay at this location
