The stay was to see an oral surgeon for my husband. After oral surgery, my husband & I returned to your hotel. We found the hotel to have no wheelchair. My husband was still whoozy from the anesthesia. We needed a wheel chair. I finally had my husband slowly walk while holding on to a luggage cart. Took a long while to get him to the 3rd floor. Any second, he could have fallen. I hope you will reconsider having at least one available for injured guests.
EXCELLENT LOCATION! Hotel building is picturesque. Perfectly placed at corner with entry/exit on both roads. Loads of dining & retail just nearby. Large area of parking fenced off (?) making parking in hotel area touch & go depending on nearby restaurant/shops busyness. TRULY SAFE surrounds for walking our small dog with small fountains area at corner of Lee & N Orlando and walking park around fountained retention pond nearby. Room could benefit from DEEP CLEAN & breakfast service and food options would benefit from complete reworking (variation of ingredient options or even different "fresh" preparations /self serve drink options for water- juices-milk choices /metal flatware-plates & glasses provided). Front desk & cleaning staff were always FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING!
