I like the location, since it's close to the parks and to several dinning places. The room was ample and clean; the sink was clogged but they took care of it. Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing! Cons: It's impossible to communicate over the phone since they have an automated system. So, if you need to ask or tell them anything, you would have to go to the front desk in person.

Our 2nd stay at this property while going to Disney World. Was conveniently close to the parks. Rooms were spacious and tidy. Staff was great and the kids play area is always a plus. Love that it has its own restaurant and a coffee shop located on premise. Highly recommend this resort.

Beds were comfortable, very quiet rooms so I slept great, good AC, hot shower. Property is an easy uber away from all Disney parks. Not the fanciest hotel, looks different than the photos but I didn’t mind. Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but there are plenty of fast food style/restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. Staff was kind and accommodating.

I was check the hotel around here and the property is not properly cleaned. The rooms are all very dirty and not clean properly. Many guests are complaints and one couple out Tampa complaints the service are very poorly. I was surprised that the hotel upgraded many good as like laundry and washing are new. It need to be more improve on cleaner rooms.
