This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The level of neglect and poor management is unacceptable. The bedsheets were dirty and covered in hair, which is a basic hygiene failure no hotel should have. To make matters worse, the entire building had no running water for 12 hours. I travel often and have never experienced this anywhere. Using the washroom during that time was extremely difficult and completely unacceptable. The room was in awful condition and clearly not maintained. Chairs were ripped and heavily stained, and the bed headboards were dirty and stained as well. Even after staff came to change the bedsheets, the room still felt unclean and uncomfortable. There were multiple serious safety concerns. The mattress was not secured to the bed frame and flipped when I sat on it. The drawers did not close properly and kept sliding open, forcing me to constantly check them so the top drawer wouldn’t unexpectedly slide out. The elevator was another major concern. Every time we used it, it felt like it was going to fall. It kept jumping up and down before moving, which was extremely frightening and made us feel unsafe. While the staff tried to help, these issues go far beyond customer service and point to poor maintenance and management. This hotel is not safe and not clean. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
