I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. My partner was there for a magic the gathering event over the weekend, so I did not leave the hotel once. It was a perfect staycation, I didn’t want to leave. Hotel staff were super friendly. The gym was clean, 10/10 experience.

This was a great Hyatt. We loved the hotel and staff. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The pools and health club were fantastic, The accessibility to Orlando Pointe was very convenient. The room was extra large and quiet. There were 3 conventions going on and it was busy. However, we found it all very enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Prices for drinks and food were higher at the hotel than the restaurants down the road. The pool we spent our time at was the Grotto. The servers were attentive and friendly. We made a connection with Kiowa the first day!! She held conversations with us and was helpful at suggesting beverages and food. My family and I will miss her!!! We had a friend from Georgia join us for a few days. Parking was easy and safe. We loved the convenience of the location to the Orange County Convention Center. The only suggestion would be to either expand the market or add an additional market because it was always so busy, which meant long waits and running out of food. One last great thing about this hotel is the ability to leave your luggage in a secured area if you have a flight later than check-out time. In addition, the hotel gave us a new access card to use for our last day. We could get into the pool and the gym so we could change clothes and clean up before getting on the late flight home. Definitely would stay here again!!
