The staff was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. There are a lot of amenities for kids so it is very fun for them. I took two stars off because the rooms they bill as handicap accessible are absolutely not. They have a tub which is an obvious problem and do not have enough clearance for a wheelchair.somevody could really get hurt trying to usée this bathroom.

First, when we checked in we had a disabled guest and asked for a first floor room. The lady didn’t even bother to check for availability and said nope we don’t have any. Our room had a shower that barely worked. It had been raining all day and night and we woke up to a ceiling that had a leak. The food for breakfast is terrible, not even edible. And don’t you dare ask for seconds of anything because they’ll tell you no. There isn’t enough seating either, even though you have to “reserve” your breakfast time. None of the staff seem to speak English because when you ask for help, they don’t understand you. The front desk staff are never to be found, you will wait 20+ minutes for someone to come assist you. I guess you get what you pay for in the cheap hotel. The only bright side was the playground for kids.

The hotel was very nice, clean and upkept. Lots of amenities, especially for kids. Staff was very friendly but the only problem with them was the pushiness of a timeshare presentation. I go to Orlando to relax, not be pressured into into something.

The room wasn’t to much but clean and good for sleeping. The main attraction was all things available to the kiddos. It was so relaxing for the parents to sit and watch the kids have a blast!

From the pleasant check in experience to the lobby decor, room amenities, grounds and included breakfast everything was impressive for the price point. The hotel was super accommodating and so friendly! The amount of activities they have for kids and things to do is incredible! Also offer tickets to local attractions and assistance with getting there! The hotel has clearly been renovated, and the updated design makes the property look modern and appealing. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall appearance gives a good first impression. However, cleanliness needs more attention, particularly with the bedcovers and pillows, which had visible stains. These items should be thoroughly washed and properly maintained, as this is something that stands out immediately for guests who prioritize cleanliness. Aside from this issue, the breakfast was good, with a decent selection and fresh options. The customer service was also a positive aspect—staff members were polite, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. With improved attention to linen cleanliness, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

Hotel is in good location and good amenities only reason for 2 star is onsite timeshare sale agent harrasing guests with fake ticket promotion , and staff seemed to favour Spanish speaking customers and seemed racist toward Asians as many times I heard the word chino while lining up to get breakfast , hard to understand why in America all the staff speaking Spanish and not English
