My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was in poor condition, dirty, with ants all over the bathtub and overall not well maintained.
On the positive side, the staff was excellent and very professional. They did their best to help, and together with Expedia, they worked with me to issue a refund since I had to switch hotels. I really appreciated their efforts.
However, I also discovered they were charging an extra $45 per night, which was never stated in the policy. On top of that, breakfast was a letdown, the waffles were hard and frozen, and the scrambled eggs were watery.
While there are things to do in the area, the overall condition of the hotel and the unexpected charges made this stay very disappointing.
