I checked in online and the reservation/check-in wasn’t ready when I arrived. The lady at the desk was rude and not helpful at all. The room was musty and humid. There were water bugs and the bathroom was in poor condition. The paint on the tub was peeling. There was still hair in the shower from previous guests, not enough towels to cover the # of guests. Pool towels were not cleaned and scarce to come by. The breakfast buffet was edible, but not the largest. The pool itself was in decent shape and the water was warm. The beds were very comfortable and that was the best part of the whole stay.
