The customer service was incredibly rude when I went to explain that my shower was not working and that the shower head was legitimately kept on by a rubber band. After my intelligence was insulted I was finally switched rooms but they made it seem like such a hassle and that I was just stupid even though the water clearly didn't work. The couch was all ripped up and the room smelled heavy of cigarettes. The second room was much nicer but the overall experience was horrendous.

This property is really rundown inside and out. The bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. The shower area was full of mold and the showerhead was all lime scale and mold. The ice machine was out of order but no signage. We saw 3 large bugs crawling on the floor in our room. We would never return here.
