I booked a room with 2 double beds but when we got to our room it only had one king. We dealt with it because it was 2 A.M. and we were leaving early in the morning. The room was not very clean and the property was run down. It doesn’t really look as nice as the pictures. The breakfast area was very small and there was not much to choose from. The front desk worker when I checked in was very pleasant and informative. I would not go back. It’s not worth what I paid, even if we would have been there for a full day.

The room was extremely dusty, you could feel dust everywhere, including the floor, tables, and wash basin. The worst part was the bed sheet, which was also very dirty. I really wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re visiting Disney World. After a long, tiring day at the parks, this is not a comfortable or clean place to rest.

I pulled up to the building and was instantly terrified to get out of my car. This place looked nice in the pictures but was absolutely horrible when I saw it in person. I refused to get out of my car as there were several men staring at me the entire time I was parked (about 5 minutes) contemplating if I should go in or not. I called to get a refund but I was told that’s not possible. Unfortunate since they have an option of paying when arriving which I chose to pay at the time of booking so it doesn’t make sense to me how they can’t give me my money back when I never even walked in the door

Get what you pay for. The beds are hard with itchy sheets that have stains. The shower has poor water pressure with mold and mildew growing around the shower head. The towels look like they haven’t been washed, someone’s else’s hair all over it. Rust around the entire room. Only one shuttle per day to the Disney parks with limited space. But no bugs, water was hot, and staff were nice.

I understand you get what you pay for but i have stayed at other budget friendly hotels in the immediate area and they were not this bad. Hair in the tub and sink. Bed and pillows extremely firm. Plastic still left on mattress so when you moved it was loud.
