The good: staff was nice and courteous and the location is very good. The onsite bar is nice but lacking in selection. Gym is clean and well stocked. The bad: room is just a more expensive Motel 6. No frills at all. The A/C unit would turn with a loud clank not letting you sleep. The TV did not work (they did fix it). We tried to call the front desk using the labeled buttons on the phone which didn't work. The desk then told us you need to dial 0. Nowhere does it say that. Lastly, we stayed out late on our last night and figured we'd sleep in since checkout is at 11. They were knocking on our door at 8:30 to let us know we had to check out later. Yeah, not sure why there us a "resort fee". This is definitely not a resort. Nice hotel if that's what you're looking for.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and the location to Disney Springs was great. The bartender Nate was awesome! He was very personable and accommodating. This was our second stay at this hotel. We will definitely be going back soon.
