For the price and location to Disney springs this is a really good hotel. Showers a in the outside rooms are dated and the floor flexed back and forth in the shower. Shower head is low has to bend down to was hair and I’m only 5’7. Other than that room was clean hotel was nice staff was friendly and assisted with anything we needed. I would stay again

The hotel is very accommodating when it comes to transportation and theme park tickets. There's a restaurant, bar, convenience store, and Pharmacy vending machine among a whole host of amenities.

Upon checkin we were immediately ushered to a timeshare rep unkder the flase impression of having a "discount" package for us, room had large gap around door, uneven popcorn ceilings, no cups in bathroom, shower head low, tub was plastic form and creaked when stepped on

It was unnecessary that housekeeping was banging on the door at 8am when check out was at 11a. Also my spouse had to fly out early morning while I stayed back to drive home. I dined at the restaurant in the hotel. The staff continued to ask me if I was dining alone and was very shocked I didn’t eat the breakfast buffet but ordered eggs Benedict which was an item on the menu. Everything else was great. Pool and bar staff wonderful.

We knew going in that it wasn't one of the elite properties in the area, but felt that it was a good combination of quality and price based on the price we saw on Expedia. However, there was a resort fee we had to pay at the resort that we were unaware of, and the fee for parking was pretty high.

The hotel has a great location quick walk to Disney Springs. The staff at the check in and poolside bar was polite and attentive. the room was very clean and updated. I have stayed here in the past and will continue to do so

The service was excellent. The only situation I had was that the bathtub wouldn't stop leaking water. The room fridge wasn't working properly, and the floor ice machine wasn't working either. Other than that, everything was fine.
