The hotel was in perfect walking distance from shopping center & train station. Will definitely be planning to stay here again! Staff were excellent and very accommodating!

Room was a bit small for my family but the convenience made it worth it for us. The staff were so helpful every time we have a question and the hotel feels really clean. Family mart is right across the street. The laundry was an issue as it takes a minimum 3 hours to wash and dry. Other than that we’ve had a great experience with the hotel and would return.

Bed Sheets are like 2 ply paper thin and rough against the skin. Small rooms. 9 min walk from red line and 5 minute walk from nagaraboshi which is a small Station. I don’t get the bespoke part of the hotel? Cannot open clamshell luggage’s. If you also are a girl and have long hair the hairdryer is old style. Pros - can store luggage. Staff is really dead-on for check in at 300pm. No early check in.

Ok spot for the price! Nice lobby but rooms were ok but whole floor we were staying smelled like smoke and front desk didn’t seem to care. Was definitely run by younger generation lots of university kids more of a “party” hotel close to the main city. Bar was closed during our stay so didn’t get to try it!

Hotel is really close right Shinsaibashi metro station, across from a family mart and 7/11. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. Room was clean and beds and pillows were amazing. We enjoyed our 3 days/2 nights here. They allowed us to store our luggage when we checked out so we could explore Osaka for another half day. We enjoyed Bespoke Shisaibashi location, we booked the rest of our Tokyo trip at Bespoke Shinjuku location.
