The room I stayed in was very quiet though I did stay on a weekend when it wasn't extremely busy. I was disappointed on the cleanliness of the room as there was dirt around the edges and all fixtures were dusty. I also noticed huge dust webs above the window so obviously who ever is cleaning is not doing a very good job. I gave 4 stars because of convenience but if i would have had the option of giving 3.5 I would have. I was also sent a text welcoming me and if i needed anything i was to message them back which i did about an hour later as I had ordered takeout food and wasn't given any silverware. I recieved no reply so I went down to the desk to ask for some and waited for 10 minutes for the staff person to return and I finally gave up because they didnt return and had to throw half my meal away because of it. It wouldn't hurt to leave some silverware out for guests as im sure im not the first person this has happened to.

Well the phone in the room does not work. The hot tub in my room does not work. . The shades in our room does not open and my wife is claustrophobic. The tv in the hot tub room does not work. The pool needs to be clean around the top. The spa is not hot and the jets work on over power.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. It was quiet. Convenient location to apple bees ,mc Donald’s gas station and grocery store Stayed 5 days had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was the same every day. Sausage gravy and biscuits waffles cereal Would be nice to have a bagel or some toast maybe a muffin

The first room we checked into was nice, Except for the hot tub was filthy and you could tell it had not been cleaned since the last stay. They checked us into another room. The bed in that room was lumpy and the pillows sucked. Needs some major upgrades.
