Disappointed and disgusting

The staff was nice. The rooms were in poor condition. Beat up, hair everywhere (hanging from the side of the tub, all over the floors, and all over the walls), carpets were stained and dirty, and dead bugs everywhere. The drywall in the room was coming down from the ceiling, the carpet was torn and heavily stained. It appeared as if the maid changed the sheets and left the room. You could see greasy finger prints all over the room, dead bugs in the lights, and the walls were heavily beat up. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel’s location offers Interstate access in any direction. The carpeting in the room and hotel was not clean. The room was damp and did not have ventilation.

No where was it stated before we reserved that rooms are only cleaned 2 days a week. Its disgusting and terribly run down. No to mention the very rude staff!
