Yes the room was very clean. Staff member Lena, second shift desk clerk was Very helpful with finding where we needed to go. She’s quite the asset to your company and deserves an “attagirl” financial bonus. She’s to be commended for her services.

The room above up has very squeaky floors. I feel we are in a very old house. Found hair in the shower. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns and this is far the worst. Need to change brand of hotel.
