I was very impressed with this property. The room was clean and spacious. Infact, this was the best hotel that we have stayed in since we stayed at the Best Western in Indiana five years ago.
The staff was very polite and friendly. The only reason that I gave the staff three stars is because the day before we were due to leave, someone I assume was from housekeeping came and knocked on our door somewhere between 9-9:30 am to ask us if we needed anything. My husband told him towels and toilet paper. A little after 1pm on the same day, I heard someone in the hall and it was two housekeeping ladies. I asked if they had some cream and they gave me some. I then told them that all we needed was some toilet paper and towels. One of the ladies said that she did not have a roll on her cart. I thought that they were going to get the toilet paper and bring towels but they never returned.
I was a housekeeper so I understand that sometimes you run out of things on your cart, however, it is the housekeepers responsibility to get the customer what they need.
Overall, we will be staying at a Home 2 Suites hotel when we go on our next vacation.
