Best hotel I have been to in a while. My family and I were down there for our son’s baseball tournament. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel was clean, and our room was clean as well. I loved our room (428). The premium rooms come with all types of snacks, sodas, water, and orange juice. Never been to a regular hotel that has all of that for guest with premium rooms. We have more tournaments this Spring in Oxford, and we’ll definitely be staying there every time. I even left my sunglasses at the check in desk. Came back the next day, and they were put inside of plastic with a note saying left in lobby. Overall, 10 out of 10!!

The stay was great. Only downside was there were only 3 pillows on the kingsize bed. Would have liked an additional one pillow since we’re both accustomed to sleeping with 2 pillows each.

Great location

The hallway walls need to be painted due to visual wear and tear on the paint. A few ceiling tiles appeared to be falling down in the 3rd floor hallway. Overall, room was excellent, staff was friendly. Breakfast was not very good. The warm display case was broken so you had to ask for items. I was going to eat an english muffin and it was rock hard, so I could not eat it. This hotel has a great location and there is a great breakfast/brunch restaurant next door.

Hotel room was dirty and sheets smelled of sweat. This property has not been well maintained. I stayed there when it first opened and it was nice. Too many road crews stay there during the week with no maintenance on rooms.
