Hotel is clean in general, but the room was much smaller than the pictures. Friendly staffs as well. The neighborhood was not somewhere you would want to stand around after dark or on a Sunday with the whole surrounding filled with urine smell and drug addicts. Would not recommend to families or anyone unless you are traveling with a tight budget and want to stay near Gare du Nord.

He had a room at a top floor with a balcony. Room was very quite, fairly modern. One thing i would say is that mattress should be changed because it felt like sleeping on pillows. Also wanted to say a special thank you for staff who organised some champagne, flowers and desserts for my sister's birthday.

I chose the location because it is near a good friend I visited. The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. I did not take the breakfast option, so I don't know about the food. The hotel had some construction, but that was not a problem. The location is excellent. Very walkable and lots of good restaurants and life on the streets. I will certainly come back.

Breakfast looked good. And for the price we paid, it should have been included. USB socket was broke and bed is actually PLASTIC. WTH?! Would not let me change room temperature so we slept HOT; not pleasant.

Really fantastix experience here, the ataff were inxredible, really! I messed up a little bit on the booking and the staff dis all they could to rectify it and sort us a new room. Top service, will definitely stay again

Overall our stay was fair. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed very comfortable and room very clean. The room was extremely small. The shower was also very small. The hotel was under renovation so you have to take that into account. The surrounding area wasn’t very clean, grafedi on the walls of neighbouring businesses. The people on the street outside were a little sketchy!

Better options available; look elsewhere.

Location is not too bad, but did not feel very central (Indian quarter); hotel was still being renovated so did not feel honest to open to visitors whilst still not ready (with works being undertaken); room was too small (no room to move around with luggages, and no wardrobe). Had an issue with leakage from ceiling during night but could not move due no free rooms being available, only moved the next day with no apologies or compensation provided. Despite 24h reception, also had to insist to have reception come up to room and help. Hotel also has outdoor corridors so you end up having to go outdoors whilst still inside the hotel. Expected better!
